Paul Mueller Company set out to modernize its existing HiPerForm™ III cooling and wash control with a next-generation system designed for today’s connected dairy operations. To bring this vision to life, they partnered with Solvative to develop a future-ready IIoT control platform MilkSecure™ that combines cloud connectivity, automation, and intuitive user experience.
The Solvative and Mueller teams visited multiple dairies to observe operations firsthand, from milking and storage to cooling and hauler pickup. Our team identified critical areas for improvement and designed a system that addressed both operational and user experience gaps.
